To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of PWR-GAMES and PWR-Ads Pte. Ltd. for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed USD $100.
18. Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, users agree that any claim against PWR-GAMES or PWR-Ads Pte. Ltd. shall be brought solely in an individual capacity and not as part of any class action, representative action, collective proceeding, or similar legal action.
19. Governing Law
These Terms and Privacy Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

PWR-GAMES is owned and operated by PWR-Ads Pte. Ltd.
PWR-Ads Pte. Ltd. develops and operates digital media properties, Connected TV applications, mobile applications, advertising-supported services, and programmatic advertising technologies.
References to “PWR-GAMES” throughout this policy include PWR-Ads Pte. Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, brands, websites, applications, and digital properties.
21. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Privacy Policy at any time.
Updated versions will be published on our website and become effective upon posting.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
22. Third-Party Content and Partner Responsibility
PWR-GAMES may display, distribute, host, monetize, or otherwise make available content, applications, channels, games, advertisements, and digital properties owned, operated, or supplied by third parties, including publishers, content providers, licensors, advertising partners, inventory partners, and other service providers.

PWR-GAMES does not warrant, guarantee, monitor, or assume responsibility for third-party content, conduct, products, services, advertising materials, privacy practices, or legal compliance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PWR-GAMES shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, regulatory actions, intellectual property disputes, privacy violations, advertising violations, content violations, or other matters arising from or related to third-party content, applications, channels, services, or advertising.

Third-party publishers, content owners, inventory providers, and advertising partners are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, platform policies, industry standards, and self-regulatory frameworks, including but not limited to:

- CCPA / CPRA
- COPPA
- Applicable advertising regulations
- Intellectual property laws
- Consumer protection laws
- Platform policies and guidelines
PWR-GAMES does not assume responsibility for the compliance obligations of third parties.
24. Data Access, Correction and Deletion Rights
